KICK OFF MY BIRTHDAY/WEDDING WEEK WITH ME!!

  • MONDAY 4/20 @ 4:30pm - METCON

    • 60 minutes of total body cardio and strength. Move at your own pace for this total body metabolic conditioning class. Crank up your favorite music and get ready to WORK! Grab some weights or any heavy objects you have at home.

  • TUESDAY 4/21 @ 8:15am - PIYO-ish

    • 60 minutes of yoga for people who can't sit still!! A blend of high energy music with low impact moves. You will feel strong, stretched, and centered!

  • THURSDAY 4/23 @ 8:15am - TURBO KICK

    • 60 minutes of high energy athletic drills to music with a little bit of dance (only if you want!) - You will leave drenched in sweat, but won't realize it til the end of class because you are having so much fun! Requirements for class: a sense of humor and a water bottle.
