BBQ Chicken Naan Pizza

Ever get the craving for pizza, but don’t want to wait for delivery? No need to deny yourself of the foods you love and really want. Check out one of my favorite go-to recipes for a quick and easy dinner!

BBQ Chicken Naan Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Naan bread or could use whole wheat tortilla or pita bread also

  • Leftover baked or crockpot chicken, shredded - could also use rotisserie chicken

  • BBQ sauce - use your favorite variety

  • Red onion, chopped

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Cilantro, to taste

Directions:

Notice I don’t have amounts, as I am a very much throw-together-whatcha-got and repurpose leftovers later!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spread desired amount of bbq sauce on naan bread or crust of your choice.

  3. Top with a thin amount of cheese, add onions, chicken, and top with more cheese. Add as little or as much toppings as you fancy. Be sure to leave a thin edge around the outsides so you can hold the pizza!

  4. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  5. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with a fresh arugula side salad.
