Yummy Dip Recipe
OK if you follow me on social media, you know I keep it simple. This is hands down the most popular item I make, and always requested by my friends and family for parties or social gatherings.
I wish I could take credit, but you’ll have to thank the mom I used to babysit for back in 2007…shout out to you Kristen G!
And NO I won’t make you scroll for 10 years to get the recipe….isn’t that the worst?! HA!
Ingredients:
-1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
-1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
-6 green onions, chopped
-1 can white corn, rinsed
-1 can low sodium black beans, rinsed
-feta -more feta is betta
-Dressing:
-1/4 c red wine vinegar
-1/4 c EVOO
-1/8 c sugar
*Mix well and pour over veggies
-Chill for 3-4 hours and serve with your favorite tortilla chips or top on a salad or tacos or just eat with a spoon because IT IS THAT GOOD ;)
